INITIAL APPLICATION FOR ACCOUNT OPENING
For account opening, copies of the following documents must be submitted:
- Active General Power of Attorney if any.
- Certificate of Registration.
- Certificate of shareholders
- Certificate of Directors and secretary.
- Certificate of registered address.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Passport scan of Company Representative, Director and UBO (good quality, in color).
- Proof of address of the UBO, Director and Company Representative (not older than 3 months);
Please note that the above documents are for the initial application. Upon the submission of the initial application, PAY-EXPERT will propose to the applicant what is the best banking solution, what are the transaction fees and opening fees if any. According to the bank, that will open the account for the applicant, additional documents will be requested. Usually the banks will request agreements with clients and suppliers, source of funds of the UBO and many other documents deemed necessary for the proof of the business activity.
